Shipping costs
  1. Shipping of goods ordered in our online shops is done using Polish Post company or GLS shipments
  2. Shipping costs are shown in table below.

Client selects shipping type. Choice must match content ordered (described in shipping costs table above).

Each shipping contains proof of purchase (receipt or VAT invoice).

Returns and complaints

Payments that are not paid within 7 days will be deleted. If you are unable to pay on time but would like to buy items ordered please contact us.

Orders that are not of collectors type (e.g. many coins of same type) will be verified by seller. Number of items in order can be limited by seller (e-hobby shop). In such cases client will be informed by email or by phone within next working day after placing the order in shop. In such cases automatic order confirmation sent by email will be no longer be valid.

  1. Client has a right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without any financial consequences within 14 days after placing the order.
  2. In case of withdrawal from the contract the Purchaser must provide a written statement of willingness to return the purchased goods and send them to the Seller no later than 14 days from receipt of goods. This written statement must be sent by email to the following address: sklep@e-hobby.com.pl or registered mail to the address of the Seller. Cancellation form informing about the termination of the contract is on the home page of our shop in right menu.
  3. Refund, returning the goods to the address of the Seller must be made within 14 days from the date of dispatch of the notice to withdraw from the contract. Copy of receipt or invoice must be included in shipment.
  4. Seller will refund the deposit to the Buyer, together with the costs of shipping the basic form of transport for the goods ordered to the bank account of the Buyer within 48 hours of receipt of return of goods. Buyer will cover the costs of returning the goods to Seller.
  5. The seller may make a deduction of part of the return for the use by the Buyer of returned items if it affected the value of these things.
  6. Seller is liable to the Buyer is a consumer within the meaning of the Civil Code, for non-conformity of the goods with the contract on the basis of the Act on special conditions of sale.
  7. The Purchaser has the right to claim for the amount, type or quality of the goods that do not comply with the order. The complaint in this respect the Purchaser is made in writing or by e-mail to the following address: sklep@e-hobby.com.pl. The basis of acceptance of the complaint is the proof of purchase, copy or scan a receipt or invoice.
  8. The complaint should be reported immediately, no later than two months from the date of the non-conformity with contract.
  9. Seller shall consider the proposed complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
  10. In case of a justified complaint - faulty goods will be repaired or replaced by another full value, and if it is impossible (for example, because of its lack in store) store will pay equivalent to the price of the product, propose lowering the price, or according to the decision of the customer offer his other goods available in the online store.
